Terms and Conditions

The below is set out in order to provide you, myself and my clients with the best possible experience.

I am unable to operate in pay & display car parks, truck-stops, multi-story car parks, roadsides or airside (airports) due to insurance, safety of myself and safety of your vehicle which are all priority.

Sufficient space is required for safe working around the vehicle at all times.

If using a business/work/other area not owned by you, management or owner approval must be obtained first.

Some of the equipment used will generate localised noise so please be mindful and considerate to surrounding people & neighbours in the area.

Any bookings made that are unable to be completed due to any of the above may result in the full booking charge being payable.

Please ensure you book the correct service as last minute changes or additional work is unlikely to be honoured as I run a tight schedule in order to provide the best possible service to all of my clients.

Valeting page pricing is based on vehicles being in an average condition and may change upon inspection which will be agreed prior to work commencing.

If the vehicles interior is heavily soiled with mud, mould, pet hair, excessive seat staining, vomit, or blood etc, then additional charges will apply and these shall be agreed by both parties upon inspection.

Please inform of such conditions at time of booking. 

Maintenance Valets are considered 'Monthly' and available for previously Protected, Detailed or Ceramic Coated vehicles. This service is not a substitute for a quick 'In & Out' Valet.

New Car Protection Packages are available to cars that have covered no more that 500 miles.

Bookings

When making a first booking, a deposit (deducted from invoice total) is required in order to secure the booking time as follows:

£25 - Valeting Page Services.

£25 - Detailing Page Services.

£50 - Ceramic Coating & New Car Protection Page Services.

Deposit payment can be made via bank transfer only.

Cancellations

Cancellations & re-bookings can me made no less than 72 hours prior to appointment to which your booking will be moved (once) to a more suitable time or deposit refund issued in full.

Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to booking with forfeit your deposit and any future bookings.

Miltons Detailing can not control acts others, traffic, incidents or adverse weather causing safety concerns.

If I have to cancel or rearrange your booking due to an unfortunate or unforeseen incident out of my control, you will be notified as soon as practicably possible. Such rebooking's will be within 10 days of the original booking or a full refund of deposit will be honoured.

 

Payment

Payment is required in full at time of service completion and inspection, by way of debit/credit card, cash or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

 

We require payment to terms. Payment must be made on time, in full, and without any deduction, off set or counterclaim. In the event that an account is outstanding, we will refer the matter to our debt collection agents, Daniels Silverman Limited, which will incur additional costs. The additional costs incurred to collect the debt will be added to the debt, plus VAT at the prevailing rate. You agree that you will be legally liable to pay the outstanding account plus additional costs, and that payment of the same can be enforced against you in court. If applicable, you also agree to pay compensation and interest at the relevant reference rate, as provided for under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
