The below is set out in order to provide you, myself and my clients with the best possible experience.
I am unable to operate in pay & display car parks, truck-stops, multi-story car parks, roadsides or airside (airports) due to insurance, safety of myself and safety of your vehicle which are all priority.
Sufficient space is required for safe working around the vehicle at all times.
If using a business/work/other area not belonging to you, management or owner approval must be obtained first.
Some of the equipment used will generate localised noise (no more than a petrol lawnmower) so please be mindful and considerate to surrounding people & areas.
Any bookings made that are unable to be completed due to any of the above may result in the full booking charge being payable.
Please ensure you book the correct service as last minute changes or additional work is unlikely to be honoured as I run a tight schedule in order to provide the best possible service to all of my clients.
If the vehicles interior is heavily soiled with mud, mould, pet hair, seat staining, vomit, or blood etc, then additional charges will apply and these shall be agreed by both parties upon inspection. Please inform of such conditions at time of booking.
Valeting page pricing is based on vehicles being in an average condition. The above does not constitute average.
Maintenance Valets are considered 'Monthly' and available for previously protected, detailed or Ceramic Coated vehicles. This service is not a substitute for a quick 'In & Out' Valet.
Ceramic Coatings are not offered as a Mobile Service.
When making a first booking, a deposit (deducted from invoice total) is required in order to secure the booking as follows:
£15 - Valeting Page Services.
£25 - Detailing Page Services.
£75 - Ceramic Coating Page Services.
Deposit payment can be made via bank transfer only.
Cancellations & re-bookings can me made no less than 72 hours prior to appointment to which your booking will be moved (once) to a more suitable time or deposit refund issued in full.
Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to booking with forfeit your deposit and any future bookings.

Miltons Detailing can not control acts others, traffic, incidents or adverse weather causing safety concerns.
If I have to cancel or rearrange your booking due to an unfortunate or unforeseen incident, you will be notified as soon as practicably possible. Such rebooking's will be within 10 days of the original booking or a full refund of deposit will be honoured.
Payment is required in full at time of service completion and inspection, by way of debit/credit card, cash or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
Failure or late payment will result in additional charges.
