Terms and Conditions

The below is set out in order to provide you, myself and all booked clients with the best possible experience.

MOBILE APPOINTMENTS:

  • We are unable to operate in pay & display car parks, truck-stops, multi-story car parks, roadsides or airside (airports) due to insurance, safety of myself and safety of your vehicle.

  • Sufficient and uninterrupted off-road space is required for safe working around the vehicle at all times.

  • If using a business, work, or other area not owned by yourself, management or owner approval must be obtained prior to booking.

  • Some of the equipment used will generate localised noise, please be mindful and considerate to surrounding people & neighbours in the area.

  • Mobile booking start times are +/- 30mins flexibility to allow for eventualities such as traffic.

  • Please check with us prior to booking if you have any concerns.

 

DEPOSITS:

  • Mobile Valeting appointments require a £20 non-refundable booking fee to secure the booking, deducted from the service total.

  • Unit based Detailing & Ceramic Coatings require a £50 non-refundable booking fee to secure the booking, deducted from the service total.

  • Booking dates & times indicated either verbally or in writing are not secured until the booking fee is paid. 


CANCELLATION & REBOOKING'S:

  • Cancellations / rebooking's must be made by calling 01908 477075 or email to info@miltons-detailing.co.uk or via our online booking app no less than 72 hours prior to appointment.

  • Miltons Detailing can not control acts others, traffic, incidents or adverse weather causing delays or safety concerns.

  • If we have to cancel or re-arrange your booking due to the for-mentioned, you will be notified as soon as practicably possible. 

  • In this circumstance rebooking's will be offered within 10 days of your original booking or a refund of the booking fee will be honoured, minus any card processing fees 'if applicable'

DAMAGES:

  • No liability will be accepted for further damage to pre-existing defects including loose/defective trim parts, both interior & exterior, paint or clear-coat flaking/peel, and/or wrap/paint protection film detachment.

  • Every effort will be made to to avoid such situations, but please notify of any known defects during pre-work inspection.

  • No services offered include damage rectification to pre-existing conditions.

  • Such damage rectification such as parts replacement can be carried out at additional cost via prior quotation. 

VEHICLE CLASSIFICATION:

  • A size guide on our website helps determine which size your vehicle is classed as.

  • If the incorrect vehicle has been selected, we will amend your booking without notification.

  • Vehicle sizes are determined by what the manufacturer stipulates on their website.

PAYMENT:

  • Payment is required in full at time of service completion and after satisfactory inspection you, by way of debit/credit card, cash or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed in advance.

  • We require payment to terms. Payment must be made on time, in full, and without any deduction, off set, or counterclaim. 

  • In the event that an account is outstanding, we will refer the matter to our debt collection agents, Daniels Silverman Limited, which will incur additional costs. 

  • The additional costs incurred to collect the debt will be added to the debt, plus VAT at the prevailing rate. 

  • You agree that you will be legally liable to pay the outstanding account plus additional costs, and that payment of the same can be enforced against you in court. 

  • If applicable, you also agree to pay compensation and interest at the relevant reference rate, as provided for under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
